Pet Sitting

Pet Sitting Page - AmberWhen you’re going away and can’t take your pets with you, you’ll have to decide on a boarding facility or in-home care. Some dogs and cats may be fine in a boarding facility while others may be anxious, uncomfortable or even overwhelmed. This depends on the personality of the animal as well as what they’re used to in terms of normal habits and routines. If you decide on in-home care, we can discuss the best options in terms of frequency and length of visits, play time and walk time, and so on. I offer in-home visits for dogs and cats and I can certainly feed your fish and water your plants while I’m there.

Whether you have one or more dogs and/or cats, rest assured that I will take care of them as if they were my own pets. I will follow your detailed instructions, keep your pet safe and get in touch with you if there is any concern about their well-being. Prior to any pet sitting job I will record all pertinent information such as your pet’s dietary needs, usual habits, medical history, contact information for your veterinarian, and so forth. Please feel free to call or email and I will happy to offer a free 30 minute consultation.
